End of 2016, NetEnt entered the online casino market in Mexico thanks to an agreement signed with existing customer Codere. In October 2016, the company signed a second agreement in Mexico, this time with the largest online gaming operator in the country, Caliente. After a successful integration, a selection of the NetEnt Games is now live and available in Caliente’s online casino network in Mexico.

New online casino markets

Walking its path to success, NetEnt aims to launch its online casino products in regulated markets. Although entering these specific iGaming markets can be a true challenge, it’s the way forward.

The year of 2016 was an incredible year for NetEnt as the company entered an incredible four new markets.

2017 was quite impressive as well when it comes to new markets and it was at the beginning of 2017 that NetEnt Americas was approved as a supplier to the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC), the only licensed gaming and lottery operator in the Canadian province of British Columbia. The approval came from the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch (GPEB), the gaming regulator in the Canadian province of British Columbia.

It was in June 2017 that after a successful technical integration, a selection of the NetEnt Games was launched with Mozzart, the leading gaming operator in Serbia with NetEnt entering another regulated online casino market.

In October 2017, NetEnt signed a second customer agreement in Mexico. It was Caliente the customer agreement was signed with, the largest online gaming operator on the regulated market in Mexico.

In the same month, NetEnt announced it launched its high-quality games on the regulated market in Czechia with Tipsport, the leading sports betting company in the country.

While NetEnt delivers its award-winning games to several regulated European markets, the company is putting a lot of effort to expand in regulated markets worldwide. The customer agreement signed with Codere was NetEnt’s first step into Latin America, an online casino market with a lot of potentials.

NetEnt’s customer agreement with Caliente

The first NetEnt Games went live in Mexico for the first time in January 2017 thanks to the deal signed with Codere in 2016.

In October 2017, a second customer agreement was signed in Mexico. It was gaming operator Caliente, the largest online gaming operator in Mexico, that was going to help NetEnt to expand in the regulated online casino market in Mexico.

The customer agreement with Caliente involves the delivery of a wide selection of NetEnt’s award-winning online casino games to Caliente’s online casino platform in Mexico.
